I would take my Jeep back to them for service, as I was able to pull in, have issue diagnosed and fixed in the same business day. Only recommendation would be to give clients a heads up about potential for burning smells coming off new parts.
Jared is incredibly polite and professional. I appreciate him being so courteous and direct. I didn't need anything complicated, I was in for a tire rotate and an inspection. They were willing to do the work on my Non-Chrysler vehicle (It's a Toyota, which is definitely not their standard). I will continue to come to ODCJ for my service.
Just an oil change and tire rotate but my service coordinator, Chance, was awesome and got my Rubicon in and out in 30 minutes. The gentleman who took and brought my vehicle to me was extremely pleasant and friendly, im sorry but I dont know his name.
My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted. Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep was the only one in the KC metro area that had this vehicle (2019 Wrangler Moab). It had all of the options and the perfect color. We were able to test drive it one day, text and email the next day while watching some baseball, and finalize the purchasing the last day. We were able to watch all of our son's baseball games and purchase my favorite car!
Putchased my Chrysler here in 2007. I have always had wonderful service. Michael Croft has been my service advisor the last several visits. He is probably the most polite, courteous and respectful service person that I have ever encountered. He is an outstanding representative at your dealership.
